Some Common Sense Tips for the Casinos

As an avid player, I have been taught a couple of valuable lessons while playing over the decades. Regardless if you prefer to play at the ‘bricks and mortar’ casinos or the many net casinos. The following are my all important rules of wagering, most of which can be thought of as common sense, but if followed they will help you go a long distance to departing with a sense of enjoyment.

Rule one: Go into a casino with a set figure that you are ready and are able to afford to risk – How much would it cost for an evening out on food, cocktails, entrance fees and tips? This is a great number to utilize.

Rule two: Don’t carry your credit card with you – or any other way of getting cash out. Don’t be concerned about cash for the taxi if you throw away it all; most cab drivers, in particular the taxis hailed through casinos, will take you to your home and will be more than happy to wait for the moolah when you get back.

Rule three: Stick to your predetermined cap. I always think of what I would want to purchase should I profit. The last time I was able to go, I determined I’d would love to buy a new digital SLR camera which cost about $400, so that was my set threshold. As soon as I surpassed that value, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself gives you the next number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and quit. Head out comfortable in the knowledge that you will certainly be going into the city and getting a great brand-new toy!

Rule 4: Enjoy yourself. When you’re "effervescent" you will certainly win. It’s a certainty. I do not know the reason why, but it just is. As soon as it feels like a burden, or you are just playing to gain a profit you have lost, you usually will fritter away more. When you are winning, experiencing a great time with your friends, or your girlfriend, you usually will earn more and more.
